- Our Spa Nordstrom staff will be happy to assist you in making an appointment for services at the Spa Nordstrom nearest you. For a list of locations, click here. A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. We recommend you book your appointment well in advance in order to receive your preferred date, time and therapist.
- Check-in
- We suggest you arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment to review your schedule and fill out the necessary paperwork. Should you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to allow the therapist to be on time for his/her next client.
- Cancellations and No-Shows
- To avoid charges, please honor our 24-hour advance notice cancellation policy for single treatments. Spa packages and group reservations require 48 hours. Late cancellations will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the service or package price. No-shows will be charged the full amount.
- Special Needs and Medical Conditions
- Your comfort and well-being are very important to us. Prior to receiving your service, please inform us about any special needs or medical conditions, pregnancy, hypertension, injuries, allergies or disabilities. Talking with your therapist will help customize your service to ensure maximum enjoyment and benefits.
- Comfort
- Although massage and body treatments require the removal of clothing, respect for your privacy is our primary concern. Undergarments may be worn if preferred. Careful draping procedures are observed at all times, and we encourage you to communicate any discomfort to your therapist. For your convenience, spa robe, gown and slippers will be provided.
- Cell Phones and Pagers
- To preserve a peaceful experience for everyone, cell phones and pagers must be turned off in the Spa.
- Age Requirement and Children
- Guests must be at least 16 years of age; otherwise a parent or guardian's approval is required. Children are not permitted in the Spa facilities.
- Personal Belongings
- Because Spa services require bare skin and freedom to move, we request that you refrain from wearing jewelry. Spa Nordstrom may not be held responsible for lost or stolen articles.
- Gift Cards
- Spa Nordstrom gift cards make an ideal gift for any occasion. Gift cards may be purchased for any dollar amount over $10.00 to use toward products or services of choice. Gift cards may be conveniently re-loaded for future purchases and are welcome at any Spa Nordstrom.
- Gratuity
- Prices do not include gratuity except for Spa packages and group reservations. In appreciation of the staff for outstanding services, gratuities may be given at your discretion.
- Spa Parties
- This is the perfect way to celebrate with a small, intimate group of friends or colleagues. Indulge in an incredible spa program planned just for your group and relax in our intimate relaxation room. This will be an event to remember. - Consultations
- Consultations on our services or products are available over the phone or in our Spa.
