This is my first pair of UGG boots and I LOVE them!!! They are so cozy and fit just right. I decided to order through Nordstrom because I knew if I wasn't satisfied, I'd get the best cutomer service, hands down!!

I currently own a few pairs of UGGs and can't get enough of them! Some think they are ugly, but I personally think they are really cute. Besides the style, they do a great job of keeping your feet warm, but not too warm. I typically wear a size 8 in shoes and have all my other pairs of UGGs in size 8, but after lots of wear, I found that the fur inside flattens a bit and the suede loosens up making the boot just a bit too large. I definitely recommend these boots to everyone, because they last a long time with some TLC. Make sure you coat them with the protective water spray though, otherwise you risk staining. For those worried about the price, they are a great investment and you get your money's worth.

This is the third pair of Uggs that I've purchased for my Daughter (who is in college). She absolutely LOVES them. She says the fur inside is so warm as the state where she attends college is very cold and it snows a lot...a lot, a lot!!!
She's pleased , so that means I'm pleased that she's pleased.
I was also glad that she received the boots in a timely manner, right before they had a snow storm. :)
