This stays on all day, and is really versitile-I usually use it to get a liquid winged eyeliner effect, but I've also been able to make it look like a smudgey pencil liner. You can cover your whole lid with this and use it as a base as well, or you could even do a smokey eye with it! I would reccomend layering other shadows on top for an interesting effect.
