The prepaid gift card is redeemable for Nordstrom merchandise. To use in a Nordstrom or Nordstrom Rack store, simply present the card to any salesperson at time of purchase. To use online, enter the gift card number, along with the access number, on the Billing Information page in Checkout.
Gift cards may not be returned, applied as payment on any account or redeemed for cash except as required by law. If the gift card is lost, stolen or damaged, it can be replaced for the remaining value with satisfactory proof of purchase. Gift cards do not expire and have no usage or monthly maintenance fee.
