I have dry skin esp. in the winter when it also becomes red and scaly.. I use the 3 step for type 1 and then always apply this at the end.. I get immediate relief and it calms the itchiness and redness.. Can't live without it. I also carry some in my purse so I can reapply throught the day. So when I saw 'moisture surge' I thought this would seriously hydrate my skin. I was wrong, it is just a regular moisturizer and honestly the texture of it is more like a gel.
