A combination of mandarin, sweet orange, bergamot and patchouli relieves morning sickness and fatigue in the first trimester, while sweet orange and bergamot help with indigestion, edema and slight anxiety in the second trimester. Lavender, cardamom, vetiver, geranium, petit grain and ylang ylang create a calming environment for the third trimester.
