Of course the Dansko fit, but it's hard to find a boot with a Dansko "like" platform. When you wear the orginal Dansko's the rest of the year, then try to go to a boot with no platform, you find all you're pants are too long! And in the winter, you don't want to have that problem!<br />The top of the boot I thought may be a problem breaking in...but it was not at all. Old age doesn't come gently (40 - the tip of the iceberg). Anyway, ordered these boots to wear while going through physical therapy and am pretty much in love with them. My husband (who is 34) thinks they are rockin'. There was a little glue left at the bottom of one of the seams but it is very clear they are well made boots. I will be living in them this winter and beyond!</span></div><div class="BVRRReviewTextParagraph"><span class="BVRRReviewText">I typically wear a size 6 sometimes a 6.5 so ordered a 37. There is a little bit of extra room but not so much it is unacceptable. Plus there is some arch support inside.
