The service is always wonderful and the sales are off the hook. But I do have bad news about this boot. The lower part of the boot is very narrow and I almost broke my ankle trying to put it on. Also, the upper part of the boot around the calf is unrealistically narrow. I have medium sized calfs and even with the small stretchy section at the top, I could not slide the boot over my calf. For the price, I would say, save your money for a better boot. Try Aldo. When I received them it was exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately, I ran into some problems. I am usually a 7 and I order a 1/2 sizer bigger thinking it would be easier to put on, but it wasn't. As I struggle putting them on my nails accidentally cut into the leather. When I finally put them on one of the heels backing must have smooched i was able to fix it but now every time I put on the boots I have the same problem. When I finally took wore them that night I realized that the toe part was scratched off. I called customer service because I wanted them delivered to work and I would not be at work starting the 23rd of Dec. The employee I talked to said she would see what she could do to get them delivered by the 22nd. I told her if they couldn't be delivered, I would have to cancel the order. She convinced me it would be fine and I did end up getting the boots by the 19th or so. My daughter wanted these boots so bad....it was one of my most important gifts. She loves them and they fit perfect.
