Why, you might ask? The quality is exceptional, the bag, which is an oversized tote, is surprisingly not very heavy which is a plus for me since I commute everyday by train so the less I have to deal with, the better! I bought the bag in plum, which is so pretty and goes so well with my black and gray outfits. If you are looking for a tote, this is the way to go. It is large, so it really doesn't double as a pocketbook to use over the weekend. It is strictly a tote. It fits my lunch and shoes comfortably so I don't have to carry a separate bag for those items. The handle can be used over the shoulder or not, which I really like that feature, too. The handle is stiff so it is easy to grab onto when I get off of the train. Another plus. It is so worth the price, you will not be unhappy with this purchase!
