Ship or pick up? It's your choice! While all items are available for shipment, select items may be purchased online for pick-up at a Nordstrom store. Here's how:
Choose a Store
You can choose a store by searching a particular zip code or by searching a city and state. We'll let you know which stores in your designated area have the selection you're looking for. Then you let us know which store is most convenient for you.
Purchase Online
Once you've chosen a store, you'll go through the same online Checkout process to purchase your items. Your order can contain items to be picked up, items that are shipping to you, items that are being shipped to someone else as a gift, or a combination of all of these. Once we've processed your order, we'll send you an order confirmation e-mail that summarizes your purchases.
Pick Up In Store
When your item is ready for pick-up:
- You'll receive an e-mail confirmation from the store that has your item to be picked up.
- You can expect to hear from us usually within one hour of placing your order online (when ordering during regular business hours). Check Store Hours
- Please bring a photo ID with you, along with the credit card you used to purchase the item, for verification purposes.
Your item will be waiting for you at Customer Service, where we'll be happy to take care of any gift services you may need.
Shipping
You will not pay a shipping fee for items you are picking up in store. If your online purchase contains both items to be picked up and items that are shipping to you, and the entire order is $100 or more, it is eligible for free Standard Shipping. To receive this holiday shipping promotion, use code HOLIDAY09. Promotion ends December 20, 2009 at 3pm Eastern.
