Bra Fit: Problems & Solutions
The band is riding up your back.
The band is either too large or needs to be tightened. Try adjusting the band so it's not so loose. If it's still too loose, you may need a smaller size.
The bust is spilling over or bulging under the cup.
The cups are too small, and you will need a larger cup size.
The straps are digging into your shoulders.
You may just need to loosen the straps. It's also possible that the cups are too small, pulling the bra downward and creating tension in the straps, and you may need a larger cup size.
The cups are puckering or gapping.
If your bust doesn't fill out the cup, then the band and/or cup size is too large and you will need a smaller size.
The straps are falling off your shoulders.
Most likely, the band size is too large and you will need a smaller band. It's also possible that the bra has lost its elasticity. Or, if you have sloped shoulders, you may want to try a racerback style.
The wire is poking you.
The cup size is probably too small and you will need a larger size.
