Ship it or pick it up? It's your choice! While all items shown online are available for shipment, many items may also be purchased online for pickup at a Nordstrom store near you. Here's how:
Shop by Region
To find out which items are available at your local Nordstrom, select the "Store Availability" filter under "NARROW BY:" on any category or search results page. Enter your ZIP code and select a manageable traveling distance for you—from 5 to 100 miles. Click Go and we'll show you items that are in stock in your region.
Alternatively, look for this line on any item page: "Enter your ZIP code to check in-store availability." If that item is available in stores, you'll be able to enter your ZIP code and travel radius right there. We'll let you know which stores in your designated area have the size and color you're looking for. Then you let us know which store is most convenient for you.
Once you've chosen a store, you'll go through our regular online Checkout process to purchase your items. Your order can contain items to be picked up, items that are shipping to you, items that are being shipped to someone else as a gift, or a combination of all of these. Once we've processed your order, we'll send you an order confirmation e-mail that summarizes your purchases.
Pick Up in Store
When your item is ready for pickup:
- You'll receive an e-mail confirmation from the store you selected as your pickup location.
- You can usually expect to hear from us within one hour of placing your order online (when ordering during regular business hours). Check store hours.
- Please bring a photo ID with you, along with the credit card you used to purchase the item, for verification purposes.
Your item will be waiting for you at your chosen Nordstrom store, where we'll be happy to take care of any gift services you may need.
