  • How do I find out which items are available to purchase online and pick up at a store in my area?
    To find our which items are available at your local Nordstrom, select the "Store Availability" filter under "NARROW BY:" on any category or search results page. Enter your ZIP code and select a manageable traveling distance for you—from 5 to 100 miles. Click Go and we'll show you items that are in stock in your region.
     
  • Can I see if a particular item is available to buy online and pick up in a store?
    Look for this line on any item page: "Enter your ZIP code to check in-store availability." If that item is available in stores, you'll be able to enter your ZIP code and how far you are wiling to travel right there. We'll let you know which stores in your designated area have the size and color you're looking for. Then you let us know which store is most convenient for you.

  • Can I select to pick up certain items and have others shipped?
    Once you've chosen a store, you'll go through our regular online checkout process to purchase your items. Your order can contain items to be picked up, items that are shipping to you, items that are being shipped to someone else as a gift, or a combination of all of these.
     
  • How soon can I come and pick my items up?
    Once we've processed your order, we'll send you an order confirmation email that summarizes your purchases. Usually you will hear from us within an hour if you have completed your order during normal business hours.
