Nordstrom Debut Rewards Terms and Conditions
Nordstrom Debut Rewards is a new test program that allows you to receive points redeemable for Nordstrom Notes when you use a payment method other than a credit or debit card issued by our wholly-owned subsidiary Nordstrom fsb d/b/a Nordstrom Bank (“Nordstrom Card(s)”). The program is free to enroll. Enrollment and participation is only available at select Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack stores at this time. To participate in the program, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
You must be a United States resident and be able to provide a unique and valid e-mail address. You do not need a Nordstrom Card to participate. Nordstrom employees, corporations, groups and associations are not eligible to participate.
You will receive one Debut rewards point for every $1 U.S. Dollar of net purchases at participating Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack stores. You will not receive points for online purchases, online purchases with in-store pickup, or purchases made in-store where the product will be shipped to you. “Net purchases” means purchases less returns, discounts, purchases made with Nordstrom Notes or a Nordstrom Gift Card, and any applicable sales tax. To receive your points at a Nordstrom or Nordstrom Rack store, you must tell the salesperson assisting you that you are enrolled in Debut at the time of purchase.
You will receive a $20 U.S. Dollar Nordstrom Note for every 2,000 Debut rewards points. Debut rewards points will be calculated monthly and Nordstrom Notes generated a short-time thereafter. You will be alerted when you have Nordstrom Notes available for use. Nordstrom Notes may not be used as payment on your Nordstrom Card(s). The value of Nordstrom Notes will be applied against total purchase price, including applicable taxes and fees.
Debut rewards points you receive but are not redeemed for Nordstrom Notes will expire three (3) years from the last day of the year in which you received the points or when your participation in the program ends, whichever is earlier.
Nordstrom Rewards is the program currently offered to our Nordstrom Cardholders. At this time, Debut Rewards and Nordstrom Rewards are two separate programs and therefore, points from each program are not interchangeable or able to be combined. If you use your Nordstrom Card to make a purchase or pay for part of a purchase, you will receive points under the Nordstrom Rewards program, instead of Debut Rewards, and the transaction will be governed by the Nordstrom Rewards Terms and Conditions.
By providing information under this program, you will be enrolled to receive marketing emails from us. You may change your preferences at any time by clicking on the link found at the bottom of our emails. You will, however, continue to receive transactional messages from us regarding your Debut Rewards account.
