IN THE MEDIA

Reflecting the diversity of the communities we serve in our advertising is important to us. We consistently use models from a variety of backgrounds, which include age, race and disability, and we advertise in diverse publications, both locally and nationally.

OUR COMMUNITIES

As a company, Nordstrom has had the privilege of being welcomed into communities across the country. We've learned a lot from the people we've met through the years—and we have been inspired by them, as well. We know our financial support and involvement can make a difference, which is why we support many community organizations through contributions, outreach programs, special events and volunteerism. We also encourage our employees to get involved in organizations and activities in their own communities. Learn more.

SUPPLIER DIVERSITY PROGRAM

One important indicator of success for Nordstrom is how well we reflect the communities we serve. Recognizing that diversity is vital to our business, we launched our Supplier Diversity Program in 1989. Interested? Complete our Supplier Diversity Profile.
