not practical. This bag is truly meant for the occasional outing and not for every day use. While the leather is nice and thick for lambskin and workmanship seemingly good, the straps are just too thin, drawstring opening to cumbersome to easily get items in/out, zipped front good only for cell phone or other flat or small items and shoulder strap a bit too thick for staying put on shoulder. For me a backpack has to be functional and somewhat of a workhorse item. Sadly, it is going back.

I have last season's version of this bag, and absolutely fell in love with it the day I saw it. After less than 5 months of use, however, my love is slowly dying. The hardware has begun to tarnish. The leather is so soft, that the leather draw string has begun to wear down, revealing the fabric within the draw string. I don't really feel I've been rough with this bag, but unless I take it to a leather repair shop, its days are sadly numbered.

Very cute bag and I would have kept it except, for the price the quality just wasn't there. Too bad.

Was pleased with a quality - softness of leather, gold plated details, design... But was disappointed when was using it. Even size of the bag is ok, you can't put much there and open top always open a little. It definitely can not hold anything heavy, for example - lunch in glass container, etc.Two inside pockets are very narrow, nothing fits there. Straps are too thin and don't stay on shoulders.
So, for a piece of something beautiful to show off - yes, for everyday use - no.
