What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept the following:

Credit Cards:
Nordstrom Visa®, Nordstrom credit card, Visa, MasterCard, JCB, American Express and Discover Network.

Nordstrom Gift Cards:
To use online, enter the gift card number, along with the access number, on the Billing Information page in Checkout.

At this time we cannot accept cash, CODs, checks, money orders, or gift certificates for online purchases. If you would like to pay with a gift certificate please call us at 1.888.282.6060.

International Orders:
We accept Nordstrom Visa®, Visa and MasterCard for international orders. Nordstrom credit cards, Nordstrom Gift Cards and Nordstrom Notes are not accepted at this time. For full details, please visit our

How often does Nordstrom have sale events?
Our best sale of the year—the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale—is held each July. This event has become legendary among Nordstrom customers nationwide who enjoy outstanding savings on the most exciting new fall merchandise before the season starts.


Based on feedback we heard from many customers, we've replaced our four Half-Yearly Sales and two shoe clearance sales with six storewide and online clearance sales aligning with holidays throughout the year. These sales offer great deals on clothes, shoes, accessories and more for men, women and kids.
