About Our Gift Card & e-Gift Card
Nordstrom Gift Cards and e-Gift Cards do not expire, have no fees and are redeemable in stores and online at Nordstrom, Nordstrom Rack and HauteLook.
Gift Cards may not be returned, applied as payment on any account or redeemed for cash, except where required by law. If lost, stolen or damaged, Gift Cards can be replaced for the remaining value with satisfactory proof of purchase.
To verify the remaining balance, call 1.877.283.4045, inquire at any store register or click here. Add value to a card at any Nordstrom or Nordstrom Rack location.
Purchasing with a Gift Card
- Shop Online: In Checkout, select Gift Card as your payment type. You can use a credit card in addition to your Gift Card, if needed, to complete your order. Your Gift Card must contain an access number (located on the back upper right-hand corner) to redeem online; any Gift Card without an access number can be redeemed in stores.
- Shop in Stores: Provide your Gift Card to the salesperson at Checkout.
Purchasing with an e-Gift Card
- Shop Online: Have your e-Gift Card number and access code ready to use at Checkout.
- Shop in Stores: Print the entire e-Gift Card info page or let your salesperson scan it from your mobile device.
Gift Card Shipping Information
Gift Cards ship separately, free of charge, via Standard Shipping and usually arrive within 3-6 business days; Two Business Day shipping is available for purchase. E-Gift Cards are emailed within four hours of credit approval.
