Hazard: The product is being recalled because the stitching on the restraint straps can loosen, which allows the strap to separate from the seat, posing a potential fall hazard to children.
Incidents/Injuries: OXO has received five reports of the straps separating from the seat after a child pulled on the straps or an adult tightened the straps. No injuries have been reported.
Description: The plastic Nest Booster Seat was sold in green (model 6367200), pink (model 6367300), taupe (model 6367500) and orange (model 6367400) with a white base. It's about 13 inches wide by 14 inches tall by 12 inches deep and has a grey, three-point child restraint strap system. The OXO logo is embossed on the strap buckle. A sticker can be found on the underside of the seat that reads "Nest Booster Seat" and has the model number and manufacture date (0714, 0814, 0914, 1014, 1114 or 1214).
Dates Sold: The seat was sold at Nordstrom stores and online at Nordstrom.com from September 2014 through April 2015.
Remedy: Customers should immediately stop using the seat and contact OXO for a free repair kit with redesigned safety straps and installation instructions. Customers may also return the seat to any Nordstrom store or through Nordstrom.com for a full refund.

Name of Product: Leith Textured Open Tunic Vest
Hazard: The product is being recalled because it did not meet safety standards for flammability as established by the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), posing a burn injury hazard to customers.
Incidents/Injuries: No incidents or injuries have been reported.
Description: This recall involves Leith brand women's textured open vest sleeveless sweaters. The sweaters are 35 ½ inches long. They were sold in black and cream, and in sizes extra small (XS), small (S), medium (M), large (L) and extra large (XL). Care labels sewn into the garments read, "Leith," "Made in China," "83% cotton" and "17% nylon." The item's VPN number is TL3021234MI.
Dates Sold: The vest was sold at Nordstrom stores and online at Nordstrom.com from August 2014 to September 2014.
Remedy: Customers should immediately stop wearing the vest and bring it to any Nordstrom store for a full refund or exchange. The vest may also be returned through Nordstrom.com.

Hazard: The product is being recalled because the vendor, Chantique's Corporation, is reporting that the sweatshirt has drawstrings at the neck that can pose a strangulation hazard to children.
Incidents/Injuries: No incidents or injuries have been reported as a result of this issue.
Description: The sweatshirt was sold in light grey and was available for baby and toddler boys (up to size 3T). The style number is PB1613.B12.
Dates Sold: The sweatshirt was sold at NordstromRack.com and HauteLook.com from June 2014 to August 2014.
Remedy: Customers should immediately remove the drawstring from the hooded sweatshirt to eliminate the hazard.

LIFEGUARD PRESS RECALLS CHARGING KITS DUE TO POTENTIAL BURN, FIRE AND ELECTRICAL SHOCK HAZARD
Name of Product: Ban.do Charging Kit; Lilly Pulitzer Charging Kit
Hazard: The product is being recalled because the wall charger can overheat and emit smoke and sparks, posing fire and burn hazards.The prongs on the charger can detach and remain in the electrical outlet, posing a risk of electrical shock.
Incidents/Injuries: Lifeguard Press has received six reports of the wall chargers emitting smoke and sparking, and six reports of prongs detaching from the plug. No injuries have been reported.
Description: The recalled kits included a wall charger, a 12- to 24-volt car charger, a 30-pin USB cord and a Lightning port adapter. The wall chargers are plastic cubes about 1.25 inches long, 1 inch wide and 0.5 inch tall, with two metal prongs for plugging into an electrical outlet on one end and a USB port on the opposite end. The kits were sold under two brand names: Ban.do and Lilly Pulitzer. They had the following model names and item numbers:

CONAIR CORPORATION RECALLS HAIR DRYER DUE TO FIRE/BURN HAZARD
Name of Product: Infiniti Pro by Conair Hair Dryer (259/279 Series)
Hazard: Conair Corporation is reporting that the small heater coils in the barrel of the hair dryer can come into contact with adjacent coils, causing an electrical short. This short can cause small, hot coils to project out of the hair dryer, posing a potential burn or fire hazard.
Incidents/Injuries: Conair has received approximately 19 reports of hot coils exiting the hair dryer, and reports of minor burn injuries.
Description: Affected hair dryers have the model numbers and product codes listed below and have one screw hold on the back of the hair dryer handle. Hair dryers that have different product codes or model numbers, or that contain two screw holds on the back of the handle, are not impacted by this recall.
Dates Sold: The product was sold at Nordstrom Rack stores from March 2011 to October 2013.
Remedy: Customers should immediately stop using any hair dryer that is subject to this recall and may contact Conair to receive a replacement hair dryer. Customers may also visit any Nordstrom Rack store to receive a full refund or exchange.
