RETURNING BY MAIL (U.S.)
Send in your item(s) using the postage-paid U.S. return label. Your return will be processed within 10-14 business days.
RETURNING IN STORE
Just bring the packing slip and credit card used when you placed the order to any one of our stores. For online orders purchased with PayPal, the return will be processed using a different form of payment.

EXCEPTIONS & SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
Please call customer service at 1.888.282.6060 for assistance returning oversized items, perishable goods or other unusual merchandise.
If you ordered by credit card, we'll credit your account within 14 business days. This will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be charged for the new item and credited for the return. If you paid with a Gift Card or Nordstrom Notes, we'll mail you a Gift Card. If a credit card was used in combination with a Gift Card or Nordstrom Notes, the entire merchandise amount will be refunded to your credit card. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges.
Gift Cards can't be returned.

Please follow the instructions on the return label when returning fine jewelry by mail. Return your package via the carrier of your choice, with return signature required. For your protection, you must insure the package for the value of the item enclosed. Fine jewelry can also be returned to Nordstrom stores that have a Fine Jewelry department.
International orders must be returned with a Return Merchandise Authorization form to receive the refunded merchandise amount. Please contact customer service to receive this form. Refunds on international orders include duties, taxes and tariffs when sent with this form. Returns sent without the Return Merchandise Authorization form may not be refunded the full amount. We cannot offer free returns or merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally. Learn more about international returns.
In our continued effort to minimize waste and lessen our impact on the environment, please note that your order may arrive in a slightly used shipping box.
NORDSTROM RACK RETURN POLICY
We'll gladly accept for return or exchange within 90 days of purchase any merchandise purchased from Nordstrom Rack that has not been worn or altered and is accompanied by its original price tag and receipt or packing slip. Valid photo ID required for all in-store cash refunds.
