HOW TO SPA

APPOINTMENTS

Please schedule your appointment in advance to secure your preferred date, time and therapist. Services are available at all spas unless otherwise noted. Please honor our request of 24-hour notice for cancellations and rescheduling of all spa appointments.

CHECK-IN

We suggest you arrive 5–10 minutes prior to your appointment to check in, review your schedule and fill out any necessary paperwork. Should you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to allow the therapist to be on time for his/her next client.

CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS

To avoid charges, please honor our 24-hour advance notice cancellation policy for single treatments. Spa packages and group reservations require 48 hours. Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment will result in a charge of the full amount of the service.

SPECIAL NEEDS AND MEDICAL CONDITIONS

Your comfort and well-being are very important to us. Prior to receiving your service, please inform us about any special needs or medical conditions, pregnancy, hypertension, injuries, allergies or disabilities. Talking with your spa therapist will help customize your service to ensure your maximum enjoyment and benefits.

CELL PHONES AND PAGERS

To preserve a peaceful experience for everyone, cell phones and pagers must be turned off in the Spa.

COMFORT

Although massage and body treatments require the removal of clothing, respect for your privacy is our primary concern. Undergarments may be worn if preferred. Careful draping procedures are observed at all times, and we encourage you to communicate any discomfort to your therapist. For your convenience and comfort, a spa robe, gown and slippers will be provided.

AGE REQUIREMENT AND CHILDREN

Guests must be 13 years or older for facials, waxing and nail treatments, and 18 years or older for massage and body treatments. Unaccompanied guests under 18 years of age must have a parent or guardian's signed approval. Children are not permitted in the Spa facilities.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Because Spa services require bare skin and freedom to move, we request that you refrain from wearing jewelry. Spa Nordstrom may not be held responsible for lost or stolen articles.

CONFIDENTIALITY

We are committed to your privacy. We keep all personal and medical information confidential and well-secured.

GIFT CARDS

Spa Nordstrom gift cards make an ideal gift for any occasion. Gift cards may be purchased for any dollar amount over $10 and may be used toward products or services of choice. The cards may be conveniently reloaded for future purchases and are welcome at any Spa Nordstrom.

GRATUITY

Prices do not include gratuity, except for Spa packages and group reservations. In appreciation to your Spa Nordstrom Therapist for outstanding services, gratuities may be given at your discretion.

SPA PARTIES

This is the perfect way to celebrate with a small, intimate group of friends or colleagues. Make it an event to remember. An 18% gratuity will be automatically added to any group of four or more. Call our Spa front desk for further details on booking your party.

CONSULTATIONS

Consultations on our services or products are available over the phone or in our Spa.
