I don't know why some people think this is not cashmere. This wrap is exceptionally soft and has a very cashmere-typical drape - totally effortless. Pretty much any which way it is wrapped, it looks great. I own one in the Cardinal color and it has traveled with me all across Europe last fall. Held up wonderfully. I particularly like that this wrap has no fringes. It makes for a cleaner look and is less fussy, too. Currently awaiting the UPS courier with the Mosaic Blue - love this wrap!

I was looking for a light weight warm scarf. I chose this one because I could also use it as a wrap if I wanted. I am thrilled with my purchase. Not too bullky to use as a scarf. I orderd the purple and love the color. This will also travel very well.

Like another reviewer says, this wrap is not soft like cashmere but is rather like lambswool. Mine is a bit itchy and curls around the edges. Have bought better cashmere wraps for less. It is warm, though, and does have a nice length. Shame, because I was really looking forward to getting this.
