Contrast topstitching details the clean, indigo wash of slim-fitting jeans cut from rigid, raw selvedge denim that feels stiff and uncomfortable at first, but will soften with time and wear. Those in the know suggest sizing down and washing very infrequently. That will allow the denim to conform to your shape and take on the personal wear lines and fading unique to you.

Great Jeans I was told about these jeans from a bunch of friends. Friends told me to get at least one size down because the shrink and 2 sizes down in you want the a slimmer leg. I played it safe with the one size down and it took about a day for it to stretch to be comfortable. Next time i'll probably go for 2 sizes down for a better look. Great jeans. 3/2/13

Still the best raw denim out there So they are not for everyone... by that I mean the concept of raw denim. You do have to commit to them. If you have thick thighs or calves, they are probably not for you. At least, this is probably not the best cut to fit you. However, I do find that if you fit these jeans, they look great. The cut is just right, the proportions are just right. The details are supremely clean. This is the definitive raw denim jeans. They are a blank sheet of canvas for you to break in. Do it right, and you'll love them. What they are not... I'd never really call them comfortable. Not for me anyway. They are raw meaning that they are hard and rough against your skin. If you have sensitive skin, they aren't for you. The break-in process for some would be considered quite gross. You aren't suppose to wash them for 6 months. So if you still during the fall, maybe you'll get 3 months in and they'd be too cold to wear during deep winter months. I wouldn't really recommend the start of breakin during the summer. For basic hygienic reasons. 2/27/13

Awesome Raw Denim The key difference between these jeans and other raw jeans at this price point is that these jeans are selvedge denim and most at this price aren't. Nudies raw jeans are about the same price as these, but it's not selvedge. Their selvedge is about 300.Expect to pay 300 or more for this typically. This is the first pair of selvedge jeans I've had and their is a noticeable difference. The fit is incredible. If you prefer a slouchy saggy look then these are not for you. I own some sevens, fidelity, j brand and honestly if I'd found these a few years ago I'd never have bought anything else and now I probably won't. I'm kind of frustrated that I didn't discover these a long time ago, but I'm just happy I finally found the perfect pair of jeans.These are vanity sized and stretch. Go a couple of sizes down from what you usually wear. If when you first try them on you can barely button them then you got the right size. They will stretch a little. Oh, and don't wash them for the first six months! 1/3/13

Best fitting jeans These jeans are the best pair of jeans I have ever purchased. However, you should only wear these if if you have a slim frame. They do stretch so I would recommend sizing down 1 or 2 sizes to your liking. 12/11/12
