New Found Freedom This is my first time purchasing Chanel Ultra Wear Lip Colour and I am so happy to find this product! I sip water throughout the day which constantly washes away my lipstick or lip gloss and I feel like I am constantly reapplying color. New found freedom! Rose Pearl is a beautiful soft pink color complementing my fair-skinned Asian complexion. It is the #1 best-selling color in Hawaii due to the large Asian-Amican population here. Rose Pearl is a little shimmery which gives it a lucious look. It does not dry my lips out like other lip stains. Love it!! 5/4/13

Really Lasts All Day This is my third Ultra Wear Lip Color by Chanel. I purchased ROSE GARNET, which is a very soft neutral shade, but more coral thank pink. My first purchases were a bright pink "Rosetone", which is not garrish but is definitely pink, and "Sandstone" which is a rust color. I have average skin tone with freckles, red hair, and green eyes. I have found in reading these reviews that this helped me choose colors on-line, as we do not have a Nordstrom in our town, and the one department store does not carry Chanel. It is difficult to determine what color to choose without trying it on, but the love it or return it guarantee made me brave enough to order anyway, knowing it could be returned. I love this lipstick. If you're going to be out all day, or at work, and don't want your lipstick to wear out after a cup of coffee or a meal, this is definitely for you. It always has a soft look to it, but not greasy like you're wearing a gloss. I don't use the gloss end, but it's there if you want it. If I don't do a total face scrub before going to bed, the lipstick is still on when I wake up in the morning. It comes off with basic face cleanser and a washrag, not a problem. And there is no color that remains-it is not a lip dye. I join with others in wishing there were more colors to choose from on-line. The fourth color I purchased is "Rose Topaz" and I'm going to have to return it because it is too close to my "Sandstone", I can't tell much difference between the two. Oh, one thing I tried, which worked -- with the "Rose Garnet", I added a brighter pink regular style lipstick over it for an immediate fresh pink look. I knew it wouldn't stay, but when it wore off--I would still have Ultra Wear Lip colour on. By the way, I am 70 but look much younger than what that age suggests. People can't believe my age when I tell them. I am definitely sure my make-up has a lot to do with it! 4/30/13

REALLY STAYS! This lip wear truly does NOT come off unless you use an oil based make up remover. It's truly AMAZING! The color is beautiful too. The only drawback is that you have to reapply the gloss part of the stick often to prevent a dry feeling. But it is worth it for the color that ABSOLUTELY STAYS no matter what you eat, drink, or how many hours you wear it! 4/27/13

Sold! I am totally sold on this product. I am in retail sales and had a customer come in and tell me about this lipstick and that she applied it only in the morning then had to remove it at night with remover. My thought was, I have got to try it! I did and I am sold. It is absolutely everything it says. I am so busy during the day I don't have time to keep reapplying lipstick and with this for the first time in my life I don't have to. I can't believe it. I have already reordered in another color. The Alexandrite was a good red for me but it look totally different on me than it did on the lady that referred it to me. I will never buy another brand of lipstick and I have tried them all. None work like this one. Love it! I can not say enough good things about it. I have sold it to everyone I work with because none of us have time to reapply during the workday. This is different than other long wearing lipsticks, it is not drying and flaky. 4/27/13
