Skin Feels 5 Years Younger! I am 33 and feel like my skin is starting to age very quickly. I suffer from extremely dry skin, and living in the PNW, winters really take a toll on me. It doesn't feel smooth anymore, and tends to flake very easily, even with lots of moisturizer. I have friends (of all skin types) raving about this product, so I decided to try it. I went with the basic MIA because I really didn't think I needed extra speed settings and some of the other accessories. I figured, if I ended up liking it, I could upgrade down the road. Plus, the basic MIA can use any of the other face brushes, too. I bought one a week ago. When I got it home to charge, it - unfortunately - pulsed non stop. I went back to exchange right away, and they told me that sometimes they can lose their factory charge, and the pulsing would eventually stop. This will happen even if you leave your MIA uncharged for a long period of time. Again, the pulsing should stop after charging for 15-20 minutes. The saleswoman - without hassle - exchanged it for me anyway. New one charged just fine. I have been using it for about a week. I am so addicted, I do it twice a day (even though once should be fine). My skin feels SO incredibly soft and smooth, and of course much cleaner. Moisturizer feels like it is able to get deeper into my skin and stays moisturized longer throughout the day. Makeup goes on smoother and more evenly, and I feel like it lasts through the day longer, too. I don't like the smell of the Clarisonic cleanser (even though I feel like it works well) so I continue to use the cleanser I have. Plus, I use a lot less now, because the brush really foams it up nicely and a little goes a long way! 1/17/13

Defective Well, I was really excited to have one of these after hearing great things about Clarisonic from friends and family. It arrived yesterday and I got a dud. The product box had a nice hole in the front and when I plugged it in to charge, as directed, it came on and could not be turned off. I tried different outlets, pressing the on/off button before and after plugging it in, but it would never turn off. I hate having to return it and am really relectant to get a new one if quality is going to be an issue with these. 1/11/13

Clarisonic Mia I've used my new Clarisonic Mia everyday since it arrived and in only a week I am very happy with the product! This is all I wanted for Christmas; good choice. I'm at an age dealing with wrinkles and still breaking out - the brush is already making a difference. 1/6/13

This is so worth it! I had read reviews of this product but never really believed what I thought was hype. This has changed my skin for the better in only one week and I will never be without it. Just buy it. really. 12/16/12
