Corso Como 'Tawna' Flat
Nice, but fit instructions are wrong
Contrary to the product description, I would not recommend ordering down. This shoe (in patent) fits true to size, but possibly a tiny bit small. It is a little narrow through the toe box, which might be expected in a pointed toe. It will not work for anyone with even the slightest bunion. The lining is nice (leather), but probably needs to be trimmed down a little-it peeps out a little around the edge. Front is very low cut and shows 'cleavage' even on the smaller toes-I like it but others may not.
It's a beautiful shoe but very uncomfortable! It hurts by the heel and the left shoe hurts my toes as well. I will try to break them but I am not too sure that it will work.
Almost perfect pointy toe
I am really excited to find a brand of shoe that makes cute pointy-toe flats in 11+ sizes. I ordered up a size because these are patent and I figured they would not stretch. I love the look and they're definitely big enough, but they slide off my heel when I walk, so I'm looking for inserts to customize the fit. I think an 11 1/2 would have been perfect, but they don't make it in that size.
This is a classic patent pointed flat. I love the wide mini heal as opposed to a kitten heal (much more sturdy) but I would not that the leather is quite stiff. You can tell it is made from the good stuff, but needs a little breaking in. Time to get out the socks & hairdryer.
