Best hand cream in the land! I first got this hand cream over 15 years ago as a gift and have been using it ever since. I love the entire Cashmere Mist line but of all the products, this is my favorite. A pearl drop nightly into your hands (a little goes a long way!) and your hands are, we'll, like cashmere in the morning. 3/18/13

Wrap your hands in luxury I use this at night, when getting ready for bed. This cream is SO luxurious, a real treat to use. It feels like richness and the fragrance is heavenly. I feel pampered, as if I am at a spa, but in the comfort of your own home, what a special treat! I have not used it long enough at this point to know if it does help with brown spots or not. I used to sit in the sun and read. I always made sure I had sunblock on my face, but I never gave a thought to my hands. If you are reading this and are in your 30's or 40's - do this now - put sunblock on your hands often and always when you know you are going to be in the sun. My mistake of not using sunscreen on my hands caused me to have light sunspots on both hands. Pamper yourself by using this handcream - if you like the DK Cashmere fragrance, you will love this! If it were possible to use half star ratings, I would take half of a star off due to the cost. However, I like this so much, it got the full five stars from me. 6/23/12

Cashmere Mist-Donna Karan This lotion is like wrapping yourself in silk. You can put it on you hands and arms and still have the smell the next day. It's one of the most luxurious perfumes in a lotion I ever had, and I've had a lot. 12/9/11
