Enzo Angiolini 'Gregie' Riding Boot
Nice but a little big
These are solid boots. The "gray" color is definitely more brown, but a unique muted color that's easy to wear every day. I usually wear an 8, but they were genuinely too big. I returned them for a 7.5. I haven't worn them yet...very new, but I'm looking forward to dressing them up or down this chilly Spring.
What a great purchase. I only had them on a few minutes and had already received complements from family members! They are stylish and classy but with a trendy, sexy vibe to them. (It just might be the new leather smell that I love so much!) I would recommend them to any fashionable woman looking for a winter wardrobe staple -- a great gray boot can be hard to find, especially one that is so fitted. I appreciate it being streamlined, no bulging in the calf or ankle! Also, they are superbly comfy and a perfect walking boot without the sacrifice of style.
Still Looking for that Perfect Black Boot
I purchased these for every day wear and I ended up keeping them in spite of some small imperfections. I would warn you, if you are someone that crosses your legs frequently these are not the boots for you. The rivets on the sides dig in to your leg and it's actually pretty painful. That being said I think they look high quality and very solid which I enjoy. My other small annoyance was they are a little large around the ankle, I wanted them to be slimmer there and get wider but they are wide all the way up.
I love the look of this boot in the box but it is one of the most unflattering boots on. The fit was very strange. I am a true size 8 and these boots were extremely tight around the arch, which probably would stretch out, but coupled with the very wide fit thru the calf with a large gap at the top, the end result was terribly uncomfortable and the finished look was not polished.
