  • Penetrate pores to dissolve impurities with a rich, antioxidant-infused pre-cleansing oil. Phelityl is Dr. Laszlo's unique moisturizing complex that features a pH nearly identical to that of the skin to maintain the necessary fatty acids essential for skin function. The nourishing and soothing formula works as a makeup remover as well as a cuticle moisturizer and creates a conditioning lather when used with a cleansing bar.

    How to use: Pour a dime-size drop of oil into palm and smooth over the face. Follow with your regular cleansing bar.
