Works This is the only product of its kind that I have tried (and I've tried a lot) that does what it says it does. I have very oily skin all over my face and this keeps it matte for a good eight hours plus. 7/29/12

Does what it says but smells bad It does have that "mattifying" effect, but this thing smells bad... Very weird chemical smell. Usually I like most of all Estee Lauder scents (own a few different skin products and I like all their scents) but I don't know what's up with this one whether it's LACK OF t or just plain bad scent? I don't know. You will see what I mean once you use it. To some ppl, it may feel too grippy right after applying it and I have more of combination skin (mainly oily around the T-zone), but after a few hrs it still feels oily... By the way, you'll need to shake it well before using it each time. Whatever in it separates and you can see "white powder like" things on the bottom (like suspensions), which goes away once you mix it. It is better than some other products I have tried though, but not as good as I thought. I would give an average grade. 4/28/12

No more shine I had been using perfectly clean but my forehead was always oily and shiny so I decided to try the sparkling clean. It works great, smells good and no more oily shine on my forehead. It hasn't irritated or dried-out other parts of my face even with my sensitive skin. It takes a little longer to use because the bottle has to be shaken first, but it's worth the results. 3/31/12

Perfect and not harsh for oily skin I use this along with kiehl's rare earth toner. The kiehl's stings a little but this on feels like it soothes the sting and has helped with my oily nose and forehead. Smells awesome. My break outs have also improved with the entire sparkling clean Estée Lauder line. 3/24/12
