Jo Malone™ Lime Basil & Mandarin Body Crème
Lime Basil & Mandarin
I love the body cream after a shower. This is a fragrance that is very subtle and fades fairly soon. It is softly sweet, fresh, and pleasant. Add the cologne after the cream to have the scent linger longer.
I have been using this Joe Malone cream for years and absolutely love it. It's rich but not greasy. The light fresh, clean scent is beautiful and I use it in place of any fragrance. Sometimes I will layer this creme with another Joe Malone fragrance but it's fabulous on it's own.
The cream is a bit pricey but it lasts a long time and it's definitely worth the money.
My secret weapon!
I love this Jo Malone scented body cream! This fragrance, and Orange Blossom, are my favorites--so far. I choose between them daily, depending upon season and mood. (This is my #1 favorite.)
Some people have commented that the Jo Malone spray colognes wear off too quickly. I have the colognes (spritz them onto my hairbrush for a subtle waft of fragrance!), but HERE'S A HINT: the scent in these body creams lasts a lot longer than the colognes! So I *always* wear the body creams. (I rub in on my chest.)
I think, if $ is of concern to you, you'll get more from the body creams than the colognes.
Best body cream fragrance I've ever found
I love this fragrance, but I won't write too much about that because I think fragrance is too personal to really review for someone else. Instead I wanted to review the Body Crème, because I think it's really outstanding. It's expensive, but I don't need very much to get a scent that lasts throughout the day. I have the perfume to layer with this, but I usually forget and just use the cream. Often I put on a scent and can't smell it at all an hour later. I know that's partly the fact that I'm wearing it and have adjusted to it, but I expect to get at least a little hint of it later and often don't. This cream really lasts, to the extent that I wish I could get this product in all my favorite scents from any brand. It's a splurge item, but I feel like it's really worth the price.
I don't use this as a body moisturizer and use this more for the scent. I do notice that the skin I use this on has not been flakey or dry this winter, but I feel like this cream is too expensive for me to slather on all over and prefer to use an unscented cream on most of my body .and just use this on my arms and hands, since that's what's usually exposed
