Jo Malone™ Nectarine Blossom & Honey Cologne (1 oz.)
One of my all-time favorite fragrances is an apricot-vanilla blend, so I felt confident in choosing Nectarine Blossom & Honey for my first foray into Jo Malone. Happily, my assumption was spot-on, because this scent is just as delightful as I'd hoped... the perfect concoction of summer-ripe nectarines and peaches, mixed with somewhat headier, darker fruits, and warmed with the sweet richness of golden honey. It melds perfectly with my body chemistry, and the fragrance stays true. I generally need (want!) to reapply it mid-day, which is fine by me; that little burst of freshness is a divine pick-me-up. Highly recommended for those who love beautiful, fruity scents.
appropriate for the springtime!
i love the freshness of this cologne. its a little pricey but worth it!
very good for spring/summer
smell very good specially for spring and summer time but not long lasting fragance :( need reapply during the day :(
This is a really light, non-intrusive scent. It has an evocative quality of that late summer sun setting across the lake with a slight haze in the air type of smell - just imagine a young woman in a white cotton dress carrying a flower basket with a gentle breeze lightly blowing her hair. It's a very mellow scent that almost anyone from high school to their 50-60s can pull off, especially because it is very subliminal. Everyone's body chemistry is a bit different, so it may not smell the same 2 hours after you spray it on. For me, it smells great when I first spray it on in the morning, and it kind of gives way to a..meh..it's alright kind of smell by noon. I'll probably try this with another Jo Malone scent to see if I can give it more kick and less floral. If you've never tried/smelled Jo Malone scents, fruity or sweet does not mean the same type of fruity sweet scents from another brand like Aquolina (Pink Sugar, etc.), Jo Malone is a little bit more elegant and definitely more grown-up.
