- The lightweight Facial Fuel Eye De-Puffer, formulated with refreshing hibiscus tea to reduce swelling and caffeine to minimize puffiness, helps revive and awaken tired eyes. This formula also contains rhodiola, known to detoxify and help fight fatigue to reduce the appearance of dark circles. The Eye De-Puffer utilizes natural moisturizers, including honey, to quench dry under-eye skin with gentle yet rich hydration made specifically to treat the eye area. The formula glides on easily without dragging or pulling, leaving an immediate cooling, soothing sensation. Lightweight, non-greasy texture will not creep into eyes.
