Match Walking Shoe This shoe fit perfectly from day one. I was looking for a shoe to wear to work that is supportive as I'm on my feet all day. I have worn it twice in the first week and there was no problem. I also feel that I can wear this for travel when walking distances can be an issue. 3/23/13

Arguably the best shoe for men The Mephisto Match is an extraordinary kind of shoe. The craftsmanship is noticeable in every detail. I am a fan of high quality (usually very expensive) casual shoes. The Mephisto Match is doubtless the very best. It is so comfortable that their making seem to be inspired by running shoes and their elegance appears second to none. the best These are the best, most comfortable and supportive all around walking shoes I've ever had on my feet. These are the 4th pair i've purchased from Mephisto; two pairs of slip ons, these, and then within a week a pair of wingtips. They are all very comfortable and great for all day walking, even the slip-ons. The Match fit great. I do caution people to size variations, however. My wing tips are 7.5 and all the others are 8.5. I did NOT pourchase the wingtips from Nordstrom, I highly recomend these shoes as the last pair(s) you'll ever need. I love shoes and have very expensive tastes. The only negative about the Match is they look plain. So get the wingtips for work! 11/24/12

Best Shoe Ever Made The Rolls Royce of walking shoes, and they look great, too. You won't understand how transformative they can be to your life until you own and wear them (every day for years probably). I mean transformative as in there are those things that are so great and near perfect and you come across them every once in awhile if you're lucky. The Mephisto Match is as close to perfect as it gets. It could use a hair more style but it looks awesome the way it is. I've been wearing them since I was 25 and they're still the only thing I wear, and I've worn some outrageously expensive shoes. The best. 6/6/12
