N.Y.L.A. 'Blinder' Sneaker
The shoe did not meet my standard in terms of quality. It appeared cheap and therefore returned it. If on a budget, the Steve Madden wedge sneakers would be the better choice. Overall, my favorite wedge sneaker is still from Nike.
OK, for a quick trend
I wouldn't spend more on this for a seasonal trend. This works for the look without the expense.
Fun kicks but no cushion
I just received these sneakers and I'm really digging their fun style, but I will confess I didn't purchase them from Nordstrom. I found them in bronze for almost half the price at another online retailer. The reason I'm writing this review is because the buyer should be warned that these shoes have some deficiencies. Namely cushion. There just isn't the soft cushion you would expect with a good pair of kicks. These sneakers, while fashionable are pretty basic and if I'd paid $70 for them, I'd probably be upset. These shoes might be $50 shoes, but not $70. The faux suede on these shoes has a cheap feel to it, which I am happy to overlook for the price I paid for them. But if I were purchasing fresh, I'd probably look to the Nike wedges instead. Just my two cents.
Love, Love, Love these shoes!!!
I simply cannot wait to wear these hot new wedge sneakers. I got them in the red color, which have a "Gortex-like" fabric with a mix of patent leather which makes them so different and unique especially given the red color. And they are so comfortable and light-weight, not bulky at all! True-to-size fit as well...To me they are the perfect twist for making a casual outfit more on-trend and exciting, plus they have that hidden wedge that makes them dressier than the average sneaker.
I will be rocking these often!!!
