Not what I expected at all... After reading all the reviews I didn't expect this fragrance to be so warm yet pleasantly light. When I opened it for the first time, I thought based on all I had read, that it was going to have strong citrus notes and clean, as of course Philosophy is always known for "clean" in its description. I love Amazing Grace and Field of Flowers, but this is totally different - in a good way. I was very surprised that it was WARM and very cozy but at the same time very light. When I put it on for the first time, I felt like you feel after a leisurely bath and afterwards totally relaxed in your favorite PJs and cozy in your favorite chair by the fireplace, enjoying that very subtle hint of fragrance while you are sipping your favorite orange or lemon tea, and reading a wonderful book. Obviously you can't expect to go out to work and live in our hectic world feeling like you are at home by the fire and cozy, but you can! Somehow it blends with your day and reminds you there is that peaceful place and you are cozy in it -- the rest of your day and all its stress is just outside you and you feel very calm and content. Ever since that first time I opened it and put it on, each time I wear it, it takes me right back there to that relaxing warm place and I enjoy that same peaceful feeling and comfort it brings. 2/14/13

Philosophy does it again! I have worn so many philosophy fragrances. My favorite has been amazing grace. However, I work with patients-so, any fragrance may be offensive. I need an everyday fragrance I can wear to work. So, I have been searching for the unfragrance fragrance. A scent so gentle it wouldn't have people asking "what perfume are you wearing?"-like amazing grace. Instead people sniff and say "something smells so good, I can't put my finger on it". Eventually people sniff me out, but no asks about my choice of fragrance. People assume it's a lingering bath soap fragrance, lotion, or even laundry soap. So, yes it's light. But, it still smells great, and is just noticeable enough. Oh, and my husband, and kids like it too! 12/21/12

Something different This fragrance has a slight muskiness popular years ago. I like Living Grace, yet Amazing Grace remains my favorite. 10/29/12
