Shiseido 'The Skincare' Cleansing Massage Brush
Love, love it !
I had to order the second one because my teenage daughter loved this brush and stole it from me. Even my husband loves it! I would use it and forget to put it back in the bathroom and he would ask me, "Honey, where is your face brush?" lol. I love how my skin is so soft and smooth after I use the brush. My skin looks younger and healthier than before. Shiseido, thank you for coming up with this wonderful tool!
a slippery brush
very pretty brush. def a cleaner face using this esp if you don't wash your face thoroughly. big flaw is that there is no rubber grip. the soup drips down the handle making it very slippery and hard to control-you end up holding the head of the brush. good for all skin types, the brush bristles are very soft so it won't irritate your skin.
Way better than the Clarisonic!
I rarely write reviews. However this brush is so wonderful, good for all types of skin. I have acne prone skin and I tried the Clarisonic which was too harsh, and it cause me to breakout more. Then I changed the brush head to the delicate one, still break me out like crazy. Finally I decided to try the Shiseido brush. I can see results in just 3 days (only use it at night). My skin is smoother and less breakout. This brush helps foaming. It also removes makeup very well. To be honest, I hate the Clarisonic and should have brought the Shiseido one earlier.
Solid product; does the job
Unlike many reviewers, I don't have sensitive skin (mine is strong and oily), but at 50+ I wanted to use something less abrasive to wash my face than exfoliating pads and wash cloths. I researched several brushes and this one had high ratings and seemed to last far longer than the others, so I purchased it. After a few weeks of use, I am pleased overall. It cleans my face well and leaves it feeling very soft. My only complaint is that I wish it was a bit firmer...if you put too much pressure on it, it just bends and doesn't work right. Also, I am adjusting to using something with a handle...I'm used to having my hand directly behind whatever I'm using to clean. For me, a brush with a grip directly behind it would probably have been better.
Still, this does the job and I plan on using it for many, many years.
