- A soft, shawl-sized blanket rejuvenates muscles with a removable aromatherapy insert filled with lavender flowers and flaxseed that can be microwaved (or chilled in the freezer) for warm, fragrant relaxation.
How to use: Heat up this shawl-sized spa blanket in the microwave for warm, healing heat wherever you need it.
Sonoma Lavender's blankies can be put in the microwave for two minutes at high heat. Fold, with cover on, into the smallest shape and place in microwave for two minutes on high heat. At the end of two minutes, remove the blankie. For more warmth, heat for an additional minute. Do not exceed four minutes in the microwave. Wrap blankie around shoulders like a shawl, lay on top of it or use it as a cover. The heat will relax tight muscles, soothe aches and pains and provide wonderful lavender aromatherapy. You can also place the blankie in the freezer for 10-20 minutes. Remove and enjoy cold therapy to help reduce swelling.- Approx. dimensions: 18"W x 44"L.
