Tod's 'Winter Gommini' Driving Moccasin
I love these loafers! They are well made, very attractive on, and extremely comfortable. Look good with slim jeans, leggings, flared jeans or skirts. The rubber base is supportive and there is enough padding at the arch to keep your feet happy. A word on fit though... you'll see reviews saying they are true to size or large. I'm a 9M with high instep and rather square, not tapered, toes. The shoe is short for me, my toes hit the front and top in a 9. Because of the reviews I thought they'd open too much so bought 9's.. and had to return them for 9.5's. The 9.5 felt a little loose for about five minutes, then within 2 hours of wear conformed perfectly to my foot. So go with your first impressions of any fit issues when you try them on, 1/2 size up is fine if your foot needs it and you often go up in size.
YAY! These are so cute and will be great for winter driving and sloshing around town.
This is my second pair of these shoes. My first pair is black and I wear them so often in the Fall and Winter that I bought the berry too.
Understated & polished
I don't normally wear flats, but I like to have a couple pair on hand for days that I'm not in the mood to rock heels! These may be a bit wide if you have a narrow foot, but I have wide-ish feet so they were perfect for me. The quality is what you would expect from a higher end designer... they look expensive yet subtle, and offer a bit of a cushion so they're very comfy to walk in. The rubber portion on the back of the heel adds a nice designer touch. I ordered the berry (which is a beautiful, rich, neutral color) and paired them with camel colored skinny jeans and a thick Burberry turtleneck. Perfect for a cold, casual day about town.
