Tory Burch 'Eden' One Piece Swimsuit
Sweet and sassy
I bought this and the Tory Burch Navy Print Suit (dipped in the front) to see which one I liked best. I tried this in a medium and a large (typically a medium). When I had the medium on, I had the same problem as an earlier reviewer - smooshed everything in the breast area. However, when I sized up, it fit perfect once I adjusted the straps. I am short to normal waisted (high waist), but my tummy is definitely a problem area and it was very good as masking that. Provided a good amount of support (c cup) and I like that the straps were adjustable (didn't expect that#. Quality is excellent - very well made and full of detail #really like the design around the waist - it's a different fabric, not just print).
The other suit fit better in a medium - some inconsistency in Tory Burch sizing on swim wear. But, I kept them both. :-)
Looks Good on the Model
The fabric is adorable and the seaming such a refreshing change from the usual designs. But...
Here's what you need for this suit:
1. An already-defined waist
2. A normal-to-shortish length upper body
3. At least a full C cup
4. A generally petite frame
In other words, this suit does not enhance, define, or camouflage anything. I have a slightly longer hips-to-armpits length, which caused the blue band to fall across the roundest part of my lower belly rather than my actual waist. The padded cups are nice, but they fell just a bit too low to actually hoist or support The Ladies. From the side I looked flat as a pancake. (Good bootie coverage, though.)
If you have curves that you like and are generally cute and pixie-ish (or young), this could be perfect!
