Urban Decay 24/7 Velvet Glide-On Pencil is the ultimate smoky liner for smudging, with an exclusive waterproof formula that provides the same long-lasting wear you’ve come to expect from 24/7, but with a soft, smoky, matte finish. The pencil provides intense color payoff and is blendable with a quick dry-down. Though it’s more powdery than the brand’s best-selling pencil, it blends easier to create soft, smoky edges. It contains moisturizing jojoba oil for added nourishment. The pencil comes in a shade-matched barrel to make it easier to spot in your bag.

Pro tips: Use the pencil to do a smoky, rimmed eye or whenever you want to create a look that’s more matte and soft. If you experience some soft fallout during application due to the matte, almost shadow-like texture, just wipe it away. Once it dries down it will last all day. For the perfect application, sharpen just before applying.
