Used wet, it provides a brilliant, shimmering cream finish that lasts for hours without creasing.

How to use: To apply dry, use a brush to dust eyeshadow over your entire eyelid or over base shadows, concentrating on the brow bone and inner corners of the eyelid for an easy way to take your look from day to night. To apply wet, dip a brush into eyeshadow and mix the powder into Vincent Longo's Water Canvas™ Base.
