ZoLi 'BOT' Cup
This cup is awesome for my 15M old!
I've tried 4 other sippy cups and this Zoli cup works like magic! It doesn't leak and my 15M baby girl loves it! She drinks 6 oz. at once and doesn't matter how she tilts the cup, it doesn't leak!! I'd recommend this to any parents!!
All straw sippy's leak...This one the least
I bought two Zoli's for my twins to use as a transition from the bottle. After trying a few others, I tried these...and they figured it out within 10 seconds. Amazing!! I love these. I'd been looking for straw sippy's since I heard other types of cups could delay speech (who knows if that's really accurate). Of them all, these leaked the least. Of course any straw type sippy is going to leak, it's a siphon. Especially if the liquid and air temps are far apart. I'm so happy with these...bought 3 more!
I bought this cup for my 6 months old DD. At first I thought this cup might be a bit too hard for her to use since it's for 9mo+; however, the moment I introduced this cup to her she had no problem using it! What a surprise! Moreover, 90% of time it doesn't leak at all, only 10% of time when the pressure inside is unbalance, then you could see some leaks. Overall, this cup is nearly perfect. But hey! Don't be too harsh on this product since "NOTHING" is perfect, right? =)
Btw, it's WAY A LOT by FAR better than the tommee and tippee training cup!
Best straw based sippy cup around!
My daughter, now 17m, has been using her Zoli Bot sippy cups before she turned one....after SO MANY others have failed. The primary complaint I read is that it leaks. Well, it's a straw in a cup. HELLO! It does have an easy open, easy close sliding lid. I believe once the lid is closed, the straw bends making it much harder for a leak. Keeping it upright is recommended! Frankly, even on its side, I didn't notice any leaking even after quite some time. Only recently, maybe the cups we've had and been using the longest, I do find a puddle of water (my daughter only drinks water). I do recommend buying replacement straws and straw pipe cleaner (if Nordstrom doesn't sell them yet, they should). I think the company recommends replacing the straw every few months and that should solve the problem again for another few months. Now that my daughter is getting older, the only thing I would like to see is a larger cup to hold more so I don't have to refill so often. My daughter will not use any other sippy cups now and we've tried a couple more. Many people often think when they see the cup that the weight is a filter. It's not, would be a great idea, but the weight makes for no air sucking and is designed (and works) for young children to easily drink our of a straw. At this point, I think we've tried just about all of them and none quite compare to the Zoli Bot. Enjoy!
