Attention, Nordstrom Customers
Due to increased volume and the impact of COVID-19, our call centers are experiencing a high volume of customer calls and wait times may be longer than usual.
In addition, we are experiencing delays in returns processing and your order may take longer than usual to arrive.
To do our part in slowing the spread of COVID-19, many of our stores are temporarily closed and in-store services are suspended. We're offering safe, contactless curbside services at selected stores as local regulations permit.
Returning Your Purchase—by Mail, at Curbside or in Stores
Use one of our convenient options to return an item purchased at a Nordstrom store or at Nordstrom.com.
RETURN BY MAIL
- Send your item using a prepaid return label.
- Returns are usually processed within 10-14 business days.
- For online orders, you can also send your item using the prepaid shipping label included in your package.
- Bring your item to a store offering safe, Contactless Curbside Returns.
- At the store, follow the instructions on the orange signs.
RETURN IN STORE
- Bring your item to an open Nordstrom store.
- Any salesperson can assist you with your return.
Our Return Policy
We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy. We stand behind our goods and services, and want customers to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably. We have long believed that when we treat our customers fairly, they in turn are fair with us. We apply refunds to the tender with which returned items were purchased. If we choose to provide a refund and no record of sale is available, we'll ask for personal identification and a refund will be provided at the current price on a Nordstrom Gift Card.
We do not accept returns of Nordstrom, Nordstrom.com or Nordstrom.ca merchandise at Nordstrom Rack locations. Boutique returns must be processed at the store in which they were purchased.
Gift Cards can't be returned.

Please follow the instructions included in your shipment and fill out the return section of the packing slip when returning fine jewelry by mail. Return your package via the carrier of your choice, with return signature required. For your protection, you must insure the package for the value of the item enclosed. Fine jewelry can also be returned to Nordstrom stores that have a Fine Jewelry department. Simply bring the packing slip and/or credit card used when you placed the order.
In our continued effort to minimize waste and lessen our impact on the environment, please note that your order may arrive in a slightly used shipping box.
