Skip the trip to the post office. Bring all your online returns to Nordstrom Local and we'll ship them for you—no matter where you shopped.
If you have a packing slip, please bring it with you. If the retailer doesn't offer free returns, we'll charge a shipping fee based on package weight, dimensions and destination. We'll also provide the box and once your return is on its way, we'll email the tracking number to you.

We can only offer this service for items that have been purchased online from a dot-com retailer and we can only ship the items back, not return them to a physical store.
